ICOM R-20 Question!

Hello everyone:
Recently, a friend of mine bought a R-20 for me. He actually bought it in japan. Anyway, I have some difficulties when i operate this monster. After I got the radio, I reset the whole scaner without any thinking, the manual reset. I guess the problems came from here, after that, the scanner became cellular blocked one, I can't punch 411.000-415.000Mhz frequencies, and other 800Mhz frequencies as well. Does everyone know what caused this happen? Is there any alternatives I could take in terms of putting back the scanner into original setting?

was it an r-20-11 or r-20-6?

could u tell me how i can find which model mine scanner is? I mean, where can i find if mine is icom r20-6 or icom r-20-11?

The model number should be on the outside of the box.
