Hi All,

Just looking at buying one of these and was hoping I could get some advice:

Whats the HF on it like, say with a 8MHz dipole?

Overall what do people think of them, worth the money or not?

I've read where the 1500/2500 will overload with too much antenna in the HF bands. You may need to experiment with a smaller antenna and a tuner to optomize it. My PCR-1000 did well with a 15 foot longwire.
