Icom r20 software choices?

I just bought the ICOM R 20 Receiver. I like it but it is a pain to program manually. Any suggestions on software choices for it? I saw one that looked really interesting that was for Aviation that was from Japan. I do not remember the title of it unfortunately. Thanks for the help.

I use this:

So far so good.

I recommend Butel's ARC20. I have used it from day one of R20 ownership and I find it to be just the right tool for that radio. Its simple to use and not full of useless features that will probably never be used. Check it out. You have a great radio, enjoy it.
