There's no easy way as there are only one loudspeaker amplifier and the low level signals get mixed together prior to it.
You can take the low level signals and feed them to amplified speakers or a stereo amplifier.
The collectors of Q15 or Q18 and Q2015 or Q2018 carry the squelched and filtered signals from the receivers.
Look at the schematics in the files section of the PCR2500 group in yahoogroups.com to find where the components are that you'll need to solder some cables to. They are SMD components and very small.
