I have an Icom R7100 receiver that has a few things that id like to get fixed, nothing elaborate I think. I'm looking for any information on who provides repair services for this. Here are the issues, the meter light is burned out, the main display light is very dim, lastly the number pad specifically key 6 is very intermittent.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Robert

I bought my 7100 a few years back and it needed alignment and a bit of work. I sent it to Icom, and I think it cost me a little under 200 bucks for them to repair it. I forget the turnaround time but it was not long. Depends how much you spent for the rig. Mine is in storage, but before I moved ot a condo I used it for aircraft monitoring and it was awesome

A place friends turned me on to and was extremely pleased with was Matt at Icom Service Center Michigan. He knows his Icoms.

Fair prices and he goes the extra mile. He has great reviews on eHam.net.

I dragged my 7100 this morning after being in storage a while I might send it to him. I was a smoker way back so the keys stick nowadays. Thanks for putting that up. Other than the keys...radio still sounds great!
