There's an ebay listing active right now from someone in China selling 26 of these. I imagine this could be some sort of government surplus.
Anyway, never seen so many of these in one photograph. I had to do a double take!

I'm assuming for the price ($200) that it's only for one. The message on the bottom of the auction, regarding his mom is sick, and shipping will be delayed, sounds sketchy.

It looks like the photo date is in 2012 also. You'd think they'd try just a little harder.
