I wish for such a great receiver Icom would have made a option too plug in
a external monitor (like my 7610) without the use of a computer/software
would have been a great feature...oh well..73,s Marcy

Again? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want any sort of potential noise source that could generate hash in the radio.
There is just so much SDR software out there even if you just want to see the waterfall using a panadaptor program.
I'd have to say that 1 Hz tuning and a few other bells and whistles as a swan song firmware surprise would be more useful than sawing a hole in the back of the radio for an HDMI port with an add-on card stuffed inside. But that's me.
But boy. Those Flex Radios sure look tasty.
