There are shematics all over the web - it's not just a cable, there are active components.

That's for the Icom T7H?

Since I don't have one I can't be sure, but if the Icom uses a 1/8" earphone jack (anywhere from 2 conductor to 4 conductor) it should work. The generic cable is a 5 (+/- 1.5) volt to RS-232 level bidirectional cable running a single pair on the low voltage side.

Any other sources that mention the T7H in specific?
