Are you looking for a HM-133V? You can order one through AES, Universal, HRO or just about any dealer that frequently stocks the big names in HAM Radio.

I get the impression reading the Icom online blurb about this radio that it's supposed to be delivered WITH the HM-133V microphone. You might want to double check this and see if the dealer/seller pulled a switcheroo on you when the sale was made. I don't know if the V8000 can be controlled by the 133 mic but my three 208s can be, so there's a heck of a lot more involved with the 133 than just punching in touchtones, assuming the 8000 works like a 208 in this respect.

According to Icom this radio ships with the HM-133V. You need this Mic if you are going to use the Auto patch or other repeater functions you need the key pad Mic. I would go back to the dealer and get your Mic back.
