Icom: ID 51A Plus - can freq list from RR be downloaded to this?

...or is the ICOM format incompatible? I just ordered this today, should have it in a couple days and want to add the local FM repeaters and call freqs.

The ID-51 can import a .csv file. You might have to massage it a little. RT Systems software makes programming the 51 so much easier.

RT Systems programmer allows import from RR and a couple other sources. I think you need a premium or greater membership here on RR to access the data. I believe some of the other sources also require paid memberships.

Once you have it programmed, all you need to do is occasional maintenance. You will find that's very easy, but you won't need to paid memberships any longer.

Thanks for the info. I did find also that the DStar Info Home page has lists formatted for the 51, on review of that list, it does include the analog repeaters, so should be ready to go!

Be sure to check the analog repeaters with your states frequency coordination report.

DStar repeater side of the list is good, but FM repeater listings are weak in my area.
