Id like to become a premium subscriber but cannot log in?

Anyone have any ideas why? firefox. I type user name and password and it just brings me to that same screen to do it again. It says register or log in - i try to regiester and it says your already registered.

I want to pay for premium to see if I can use this WIN97 to load up my scanner

Try IE, or clear your cookies and cache.

I could be wrong, but I think there was a problem before with a user name with the __ charater in it.

IIRC the problem was with users with a hyphen in their names. Underscores are no problem

Its fixed - now I need to find some directions on how to do this.

by the way - embarrassing - but someone checked the mozilla box for pop up blocker.
