Cool little thing I figured out about ID Search.

When ID search is enabled for a System in a FL (can't be enabled for a system in the database), the scanner creates a temporary 'Unknown' department. You can hold on that department and receive only unknown IDs (that aren't already avoided in the FL).

Service Types don't matter (because unknowns don't have a Service Type). Location Control is irrelevant.

This is better than Trunked Discovery because it will search all the (enabled) sites in the system (not just the one you can only select). True, there is no log, but with recording enabled you can review the run to see the IDs.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.1.2; en-us; LG-LS720 Build/JZO54K) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/534.30)

Nice catch!

Nice! The scanner does produce a log of the discovered TGs within the Unknown Usage Department (all named Unknown User, but with different TGIDs), though it doesn't tell you how many hits there are for each TG. The recordings should have all the details.

Scanning for new TGs simultaneously on multiple sites is useful. Using QKs (or Avoid), rather than Hold, would let you scan even multiple Systems in this matter. The trick is to turn off every known TG. :)
