"ID Tracker II" software

I happened to find this cool little program that displays the data on the scanners screen. Its called "ID Tracker" and it was pretty easy to set up. I like it cause it is easier for me to see whats going on instead of having to look at scanner I can look at computer monitor. It does some other useful functions too. I am using it on my Uniden BCT15x. I am not sure if it will work on the BCD996p2, although I is compatible with the BCD996XT.

I've been using it for over 5 years on my 996XT.

I'd guess it will work fine on the 996P2

One cool feature is it will translate UID's to actual radio ID's

I can concur that it works with my BCD996P2.
I use it when I'm on my treadmill. Makes seeing who's talking much easier...
It is used on a Windows 7 Pro 64Bit PC. I don't know if a Windows 10 PC will work. I don't see why not but I haven't used it on one yet.

Yep I have it working on both the bcd996p2 and the 15X.....2 instances of it running. I had to monkey around with com ports and download a driver to get it working but its good now.

If that is the software from Baton Rouge Area Scanning, it has been around for close to 20 years.
Used it years ago, may have to again.
