I searched but found no information here in the forums. How about some pics of radio installations in a Suzuki Samurai?
I have an Icom 706 installed in the only available space - that formerly occupied by the factory radio, hanging between the dash and the shift lever. I'd like to install another transceiver and some sort of scanner (will probably need to be a handheld scanner, simply because of space limitations.)
Unlike most vehicles there's no room in the dash, in/behind the glove compartment, or above the passenger's knees. It's a tiny vehicle, with little space for anything other than the driver and passenger (and not much, at that!)
This will need to be a "creative" solution, to put it mildly.
Anyone??
