Identification and Question on Rics tower in Los Verdes

So this tower went up recently and they've already upsized the units. I'm sure more is coming. My question is: What are they? Can we expect 5G or other cell attachments? Low frequency or high? How far do electromagnetic waves reach? Electro hypersensitivity an issue?

Obviously I'm a noob at this which is why I'm asking the questions. All I know is that it's part of the la-rics.

If only used for LA-RICS, it will be UHF and 700MHz. Looks like four point to point microwave links also. Nothing to worry about as far as I'm concerned. Nice camouflage job. That was not a cheap tower to build.
