Heard just a few minutes ago the morning check in to Frankfort, and Frankfort had a bad squeal in the radio, so the Morehead unit changed to this frequency, 139.21500

It's listed in the data base as:

My radio is set to NAC Search on this frequency.

That is correct.
He was having problems hearing Frankfort, so I heard him talking next on 139.2150, could have been an image as close as the 2 frequency's are.
