Identify this antenna

Guessing the speakers are 2 to 3ft diameter and ground radials are about the same size as the speaker diameter, I would say the antenna could be for low power FM broadcast. Maybe a 5/8 wave ground plane. Do you know what (Mosque?) this is? If so you might do a search to see if they have an FM broadcast facility.

Could it be VHF? Someone in another forum said it was cell and I was like I don't think so.

I did a reverse image search and it appears to be perhaps a Mosque in Turkey. That's all I got.

Low power FM sounds like what would be used for prayer.
