identify this signal?

Last month a New digital wide band puls signal appear and seem very active. The signal between 452.00 - 453.300 MHz. Or any tips to analyse?
It send blocks of short and long data pulses and on the right side , there seem some (voice) data.

The signal between 452.00 - 453.300 MHz is 1 MHz wide, audio not possible

Based on your username, I am guessing that you are in the Netherlands. Who are the authorized users of that frequency range in your area?
PMR public none specific users to ID. This signal is some weeks on air. Unitill iam aware, did not find any comments in local scanner groups.

A signal that wide on that frequency is most likely local interferance? Router or switch mode power supply may be? If you can turn off house mains supply and use a laptop you would find out...

Otherhand, signal is not show for last 40 years and popsup 3 weeks ago :)
