Identifying Delaware TRS encrypted TGs

How were the encrypted TGs on the Delaware TRS identified? Does someone have the ability to decrypt them?

And no, there is no way to decrypt them.

Most of the encrypted channels were identified by a source many years ago who supplied most of the TG ID's in the db today. I tend to believe they are correct based on radio ID history on Trunk88 which I run frequently.
