There is no "Magic Bullet" to shoot all about scanning into your brain, but you could start by reading the info found in the front pages of those "Police Call" books.

Then just dig into this site a little each day. When you find something you don't understand, then do a search on that.

You will soon realize that there are a lot of opinions out there, some of us are really full of S$%#, some of us are really smart, and the most important thing is that if you get hooked, you will never have enough radios!
