All primary staging and "housekeeping" at the fairgrounds and other sites is using System 1 Tacticals. All EMS transports now are going through an "Med Control" to get clearance to take patients to various hospitals to prevent overloading one single facility. During off peak times runs on Car to Car, or Dispatch North/South. During peak times they have been using Ops 7 thru 10 for Med Control. I can foresee them permanently setting up a Med Control like they used to have before the upgrade to P25.
