IDTracker now works on conventional freqs with the 245

Dave just released IDTracker version 3.6; among the enhancements is that the 245 is now fully supported, with tracking available for both conventional and trunked freqs. So now if you need a quick utility to do research, you've got it, if you're using a 245.
