This morning updated my Adobe Flash player to latest version. Using IE9 32 bit version.
The database maps started abberent behavior showing up in left hand corner of screen and having no clickability. Mousing over made counties appea/disappear in the upper left screen corner. All other formatting appeared ok. Forums were not affected.
Rebooted cpu and did not help. Did Win 7 sys restore to earlier version and now working fine. Seems to be something in the latest Flash Player update that does not play well with IE 9 and RR.
