If I contribute, can I download WIN97 files?

Hi all. I am near New Orleans.
I have a PRO97 and now I have the cord and WIN97 and they are talking to each other.
So, some people here have told me that if I contribute to RR, then I get access to download WIN97 files that may be specific to my area.

But I can't navigate on this site to anywhere that indicates the same? Where are these files? I just want to make sure they are there and its what I want before I contribute.

Once you donate you will be able to use Win97 to import data from a specific region.
Open Win97, then File > Web Import > RadioReference.com...

ok so I dont navigate through the site, download a file, open it in win97, and send to scanner? I jsut do it all from the WIN97 program?

Also, uhhh a friend of mine here wants to know the minimum amount to contribute to gain this access

The p97 files can be found on the various yahoo groups and other places on the net.
