For those that don't know, that's an Electra Bearcat III with JC Penny's name on it.
That one has the VHF Low and High boards in it.

Sears & Roebuck also sold some of the Electra scanner models and SBE models with the Sears name on them.

yea there was a local SEARS outlet store where you would see the scanners sometimes!!!
