I've been following this case for some time now. From what I can tell Sprint alleges ERS can't count and can't read a calendar, and the state did not perform due diligence to check on ERS's performance.

ETA by Moderator: The company name was corrected in subsequent posts to EMR, not ERS.

Every time I see the notice about 'how to identify a moderator' I want to say
'they have bad breath, crooked teeth and arm pit hair down to their waists', now I had to take it all back.

Wow.

I do have pretty straight teeth and I'm sensitive to breath issues, but let's leave my arm pits out of it. Besides, you know that we are neighbors, don't you? I'm about as close to downtown Pittsboro as I am to downtown Brownsburg.

BTW, I'm OK with changing thread titles since the thread titles are picked up by search engines, but I'm loathe to edit someone's post.
