I have the SDS100 and I assume the SDS200 is the same.
In the Menu, under "Set Scan Selection", move "Select Lists to Monitor" to the top. Manage Quick Key Status second, then Nationwide Systems.

I am sure that there is a new firmware update in the works for supporting P25 Phase 2 TDMA control channels which some systems are now using.
It isn't a problem. Not all firmware updates address problems. This would be an operation improvement. Just what I said. Make "Select List to Monitor" number one in the menu as it is more used than "Manage Quick Key Status". If it isn't important to you then you wouldn't mind if it were moved.I don't understand the problem? If you turn the selector knob, doesn't it highlight what you're looking for, or are are you having difficulty navigating a couple selector knob turns?

Hard to take sentinel portable. If you enable too many favorites takes forever to start the scanner. If you stay in one place most of the time it doesn't matter.I perform that task in Sentinel prior to Writing to Scanner, which probably would be easier for you than to navigate in the scanner's menu I would think.

Full database is not loaded. I don't have a problem needs solving. Simply think the menu order would be better if "Select List to Monitor was first. Those 48 favorites must be really simple.Monitor and Download are on for 48 systems I have programmed in both my SDS100 and SDS200's and I wouldn't say it takes forever. Do you have Force Full Database enabled by chance?

Wow. All this just because I prefer the menu list in a more logical order? You must have designed the damn thing to be so upset at the suggestion it is in the wrong order. This is why I took a couple years off from the forums. Time for another break. The OP is assuming a number of things that haven’t been vetted, like moving a menu item HE thinks is the most used to be the first choice… while that may or may not be true, it’s not as if it’s up there in priority with world peace. And while it shows a deep and sincere interest in the scanner, it’s about as anal retentive as it can get. Someone please close out this thread and be done with it.
