I need to edit my list, I think I'll remove the Alinco DJ 10XT, from what I can gather on the net most people say it's a pain in the ass to operate.

I've only used the AR8000 out of the ones listed, it was a little hard to get used to like my AR1000XLT but I wouldn't trade either one of them, they are great receivers.
