Last night, around the height of the crazy storm *BOOM*, I counted no fewer than 3 active IFERN Residential Box Alarms, all at the same time.

After a bit Palos asked for an IFERN Taskforce callout. I figured that it was sorta like an Investigators' Box, but instead there was a full selection of Chiefs / Engines / Trucks / Ambos.
I was startled because they were going pretty far North...Hinsdale / LaGrange / Riverside.
Never heard of a IFERN Taskforce...anyone have a clue?
No major news I could find the next day...so I guess it turned out to be a bunch of nothing.
