According to a news article last week there will be officers from Northville, Plymouth, Westland, MSP, and of course Canton all in Canton today throught the end of the week to help with traffic control in the area.

Does anyone have an idea if they will be communicating on any specific channels or where to search for them

I will be listening to what on a BC235XLT and my new Pro96 ( RS should have a going out of business sale every month !) and I will report anything I hear.

I just picked up what I think was a MSP trooper checking in with somebody(?)
simultaneously on MPSCS TG 1018 (statewide Events District 2) & 156.1500

Now I can hear Canton PD calling in a traffic stop on both channels

Some of the Canton officers had MPSCS radio, while others were on VHF-High band. I also heard some brief traffic on 866.5125 MHz.
