Illinois State Fair digital frequencies

Could someone tell me what the digital frequencies are for the State Police at the Illinois State Fair?
They must have their own set of frequencies as they do not seem to be using the ones at the two tower locations in Sangamon County.

Have you heard anything on Starcom21 talkgroups 9089, 13063, or 13064? Those were reported in 2007.

I have heard nothing on those talkgroups which leads me to believe that I do not have the correct 700/800 mhz frequencies to go with them.

Testing

I have heard testing on 13063 this last week for the state fair.

Problem solved. Almost always get a decent signal from the distant tower using the antenna on my uniden 396. However, today I noticed I was only getting one bar on the signal meter. Solution was to connect to an outside antenna. Works fine now. My mistake was to ask questions before I did all of my research. Oh well.
