Illinois State Police Dist. Chicago NWCD site

Does anyone know if there have been recent changes to the NWCD site? I monitor this site for ISP Dist. Chicago and recently my Unication G5 will briefly flash "Out of Range" when I'm in the same locations that I've never had a problem before.

No issues with my G5 that I've noticed.. I only really monitor D-CHI on Nwcd when they got a chase going.
