I've noticed that many of the area systems actually contain talk groups marked "utilities" for OPPD & MUD, etc. Do they actually carry like a Sarpy radio with them, or do they have two systems in their truck radio with this just one TGID? Do these TGs even get used that much, or is it just for like interop planning?

Have you ever heard anything on there? Im wondering if this is just a valid TGID and they would hand them radios in an event, or if MUD and OPPD actually have the Sarpy system in their radios with just this one TGID.
