Can someone direct me in the correct place to use on the sc150b model. I don't know how to add frequency's or what ones for Wisconsin. I did a scan but all I get is static.

You will find all the state freq's here: http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?stid=55. Then click on your county to see those. As for programming, this is a fairly simple scanner compared to others, so just look at your manual, page 14, for how to enter the frequencies you find at the state and county level. If you still have questions, be sure to state the county you are in, and what you still do not understand.

I'm still kind of lost. My brother gave me his scanner and all the buttons are confusing. I learned a little bit but all I want to do is scan for anything where I live but I keep picking up that stupid weather guy.

Is there a way to clear everything and just scan fresh?
