I'm trying to understand how this scanner stuff works advice?

Can someone explain who would have posted this information on the scanner app? People in the true crime world are losing their minds? How do we know if this is accurate? I'm new to the scanners and have never seen anything posted like this on an app. I thought I posted this question but couldn't find it. If I'm posting wrong or in wrong area, help a girl out and tell me why I shouldn't post or where or why it's unacceptable. I'm so lost. Please help. Thanks in advance for you help and input. I'm pretty sure that they do use information from the Incident Page Network and they probably also get information from news or LE sources. They use Broadcastify feeds but the info isn't from Broadcastify
