Immigration - INS - Federal freqs? please read

Well I don't know if anyone here saw the APP park press or the AC press today, but it had some stuff about the immigration people doing a sweep of the Jersey shore, because a illegal immigrants from Mexico raped a very young girl last week in long beach town ship, I live on long beach island and I wanna know if there is any frequencies out there that I could program in to watch this a little closer, or do you think all there communications well be on land lines?

Search the 163mhz freqs. Philadelphia uses or use to use 163.6500R I think the RX Input was 162.9000. Not sure how things work now with the DHS.
