Hi: I have a Uniden Home Patrol 1. I live in Imperial County and haven't had any real issues with scanning. However, I have never been able to pick up Imperial PD on the San Diego-Imperial RCS. It's a small town, right next to El Centro. Are they dispatched by El Centro?
