ARC500: import problems

need help. while programing a whistler 1065, the radio reference quit allowing me to import data. it doesn't show anything when I make selections. also the service tag filter "STF" is red in the lower right hand corner. any help is appreciated. kj7ecn

You enabled the Service Tag filter but did not select any service tags (hence the red ST indicator). Open the Service Tags tab and either disable the filter or select at least one Service Tag.
