Authority of the FBI and Salem division of the VSP
There is a lookout for 2 fuel tanker trucks and a truck carrying fertilizer. They are being driven by Middle Eastern males. They were last seen around 8:20a.m. on I-81 in area of exit 101 near Pulaski, VA.
This lookout was broadcast for the northern divisions of VSP in case they are heading north to I-66.
Fertilizer + fuel= big bomb, like the one used in Oklaloma City 10 years ago.
