I have finally switched the State of NC "VIPER" system over to a statewide system...it is located HEREhttp://tinyurl.com/78j5d...also I have deleted the old system that was based out of Raleigh...PLEASE email/PM me with any problems/mistakes/additions/corrections that you come up with...also if you have any concrete info about any new talkgroups/frequencies please email me with those too!
