I ran into a problem updating my PRO-97 with ARC300. I want to import aircraft and federal agency into a bank (lots of crop dusters and some cool historical aircraft around here) but for the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to do something like that. it's not something tied to an area is it? I can download the csv files and try and import them and that's not working either.
how do I get it to download things like common aviation or federal disaster? I can't figure out where to tell ARC300 or win97 what state and/or county for federal information to download from.

what did I miss?
