Importing ARC XT files into ARC 536?

I am sure this has been discussed, but I cannot find it. Is it possible to import/open existing ARC XT files in ARC 536 or do I need to redo all my systems from scratch for programming the 436hp?

As the 436hp can be loaded via an SD card and ARC 536 runs on the Mac (sort of) I'd love to just open the files this way, load the SD and get going.

Yes you can do that. In ARC 536, click File>Import>Import ARC XT File. Then navigate to the folder on your computer which has the ARC XT files and click on the desired file.

Unfortunately, GPS data is not imported. Gommert is aware of this and hopefully will have some time to deal with this. It doesn't appear that quick key information is imported either.

Service Types will have to be configured as Service Types are not associated with the XT version scanners.

Lastly there are several fields that are blank when doing an import which you'll have to populate.

So at this point, you'll get a good start, but will have additional editing to do.
