Importing Canada's TAFL to FMP-FreqList.csv

Hey guys,
How can I import Canada's TAFL to FMP-FreqList.csv? I've tried to do it but it doesn't work. Has anyone had any success?
I've found FMP-FreqList.csv to download but that is for the USA only, so no that is no help to me.
