Hi all,

New ham user trying to import this channel listing into my ID-52A but the radio is giving me unhelpful error messages.
I've tried to massage the file somewhat but it looks like I need a missing DUP column but not sure what it represents or
what values it expects to have..

Also the ICOM csv references just an OFFSET column, not split into Offset Frequency / Offset Direction columns.

Can anyone point me to a doc listing the column definitions?

The approach I usually use in these situations is to manually program a few channels, with and without duplex or repeater offsets, with and without tones, and then read the radio with the programming software and then write what I read from the radio as a .CSV file. Since you'll know what you programmed, you can figure out what it's looking for in the .CSV.

DUP is duplex. Icom typically uses DUP to refer to channels that are set up with a repeater offset. The values will be simplex, +, - though you'll have to figure out how they are defined in the .CSV.

OFFSET is probably just the repeater offset frequency. The DUP column determines which direction the offset goes.

This snippet from the Advanced manual may give some clues about DUP:
