Hi, I would like to contribute to Radio Reference adding frequencies I know from around my region and expand gradually. I have access to ANATEL (FCC equivalent in Brazil) official database with frequencies, entity names and cities but modes and tones are not present and have to be manually validated.
I noticed that when I try to submit a new frequency I can't choose a State or county, only Countrywide and Statewide, states and cities/counties are missing. I would like to know how to procede to help the administrator of my region (if there's even one) to add the correct states and cities of Brazil. I'm available to do anything I can to help improve the Brazilian database, I'm also studying the Database Administrator Handbook to apply as an administrator for my region at a future date.
