In need of a new scanner

Hello i have recently moved my PC that streams my audio into the basement to keep the pc cooler and my scanner right now is very scratchy it picks of the police frequencies fine but i had to remove fd because you can barely understand it. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a scanner with a good antenna. my current scanner is a BC75XLT. Thank you

Again many options, for handheld Diamond RH77 versions, or 789 or Watson WSM 881 is a good option, for outside Diamond D130 or DPD Omni-X could your option. But don't forget quality Coax cable to match, Definitely outside, height is the King if you can and have a room
