SPD working shooting at Cal Expo. Sac PD has two sniper teams and SSD has two more sniper teams onscene. Looking for a slim black male, no clothing description. Talkgroup SP1 - 60336.
As I was typing, updated info is it sounds like Expo PD got information of a shooting via employee. Person employee was talking to on the phone said they had been shot somewhere at Cal Expo. It was possibly in the grandstands somewhere.
