Does anyone know of any alert systems like MediaPage, www.incidentpage.net, www.incidentNewsAlerts.com for California?

You might check out http://www.incident.com which forwards bulletins from the state Office of Emergency Services' Emergency Digital Information Service...
http://www.edis.ca.gov/

It's not the same as the subscription services mentioned in previous posts... but does have some interesting stuff.
