Anybody hear a chase on I-81 that was north of Winchester and went into WV? A friend of mine was going N around lunchtime and saw lots of WVPD going by. As he passed the Inwood exit, right behind him, they threw out spike strips in front of a white van which he had seen pulled over a few miles back.
