independence freqs

can anyone tell me the right freqs for the independence mo 700 system,i have seen 3
different list of freqs,its for the psr 600 gre

indep freqs

not trying to be a pain ,what is confusing,rr database has one set of freqs some freqs listed
twice,mokan scanner has a differnt list about the same but less freqs, when i program the rr database freqs do i enter the same freq twice as it is listed or is it a type error,i have
been trying for 3 mouths to progam this thing only thing i can think i am doing wrong is
the wrong freqs,i dont know how to use winn600 or other progams
